You will always be contacted prior to delivery to book your delivery in and given a morning or afternoon slot by the despatch team followed by a call from our drivers after their previous delivery to give you an ETA. As with all parts of our business we are as professional in the delivery and setting up of the products you purchase as we are with the pre-sales. The product will be set up in the particular room of your choice by our trained engineers who have experience will all of our products. When your chair is delivered, you will be given a full explanation on how it works a demonstration and leave you with the appropriate documentation with simple instructions.

Once you have chosen your bed, you will no doubt want to have it delivered as soon as possible. This is where Freshstart excel as we can normally have your bed/chair delivered within 7 days of purchase (standard models).
